Full-Day Float Fishing Trip

Our exclusive float fishing trips are scheduled either early in the morning or late in the day - the best times for fishing!  A typical float fishing trip covers up to 12 miles of scenic West Virginia river for a day of non-stop, float fishing action stopping only for a catered streamside lunch.  With a truck waiting at the take-out and comfortable return ride we will end a day of great fishing, beautiful scenery and West Virginia hospitality.

All float fishing trips take place in our 14-foot rafts designed exclusively for fishing.  Each raft can accommodate two fishing guests.  Float fishing trips can be designed for fly-fishing or spin-casting enthusiasts.  Float fishing trips are typically offered on the New River, Gauley River and the James River.

Spend an unforgettable day floating and fishing on the scenic New River with an experienced professional guiding you on one of the best smallmouth bass fisheries in the country.  Trip includes a full day of guided fishing, all necessary gear and equipment, refreshments and riverside lunch.

Spring Gobbler – Smallmouth/Trout
Spring Gobbler Season Opens this year on April 28th and closes May 24th, giving turkey hunters a 4 week window to bag a Tom.  By state law you must leave the woods by 1pm.
Being that spring gobbler season coincides with the Spawn of the smallmouth bass and that most state trout streams are in peak fishing conditions, why not spend the remainder of your day float fishing for trophy smallmouth or walk and wade casting for trout.
This package includes lunch, snacks, drinks, transportation, all fishing gear needed and a professional guide to insure a good experience.
